For example, in our fluid-bed drying machine, a special heat preservation door is equipped at the filtering system. Generally speaking, steam is applied for heating and filtering. However, the temperature of steam is over 100°C, even over 300°C, which might injure operator who is careless. But now, a thickened door is installed to enclose the filtering system. On the one hand, it is a heat preserving door, which can prevent heat from escaping. On the other hand, it is also a safety device, with which operators can avoid being scalded.
