How to maintain wet granulation machine

1. Daily maintenance for wet granulation machine
1) Before production, clean away dirt on the machine; then wipe the internal pot wall and machine surface with 75% alcohol;
2) Make sure that compressed air pressure is at 0.6Pa and adjust air pressure valve in case of higher or lower pressure;
3) Check the stirring knife and its flexibility and repair or change it for any abnormality;
4) Check the cutting knife and its flexibility and repair or change it for any abnormality;
5) Check buttons, switches and indication lights and repair or change them for any abnormality;
6) Check pot sealer and repair or change it for any abnormality;
7) Check sealer at the material discharging port and repair or change it for any abnormality;
8) Check the material discharging piston and its flexibility and repair or change it for any abnormality;
9) Check the stirring paddle, grinding knife and their flexibility and rotation direction and maintain or repair them for any abnormality;
10) Check the accuracy of stirring and cutting timer and maintain or change it for any abnormality;
11) Record the maintenance and upkeep circumstances timely.

2. Half-year maintenance for wet granulation machine
1) Check wearing of motor’s synchronous belt; change broken synchronous belt and adjust its tension to proper degree;
2) Lubricate the reducer and the oil level cannot be lower than the midline of oil dipstick;
3) Check the screws, fasten them if necessary and add lubricating grease into oil cup;
4) Check the distribution box, remove dust, fasten terminals and check working of frequency converter;
5) Record the maintenance and upkeep circumstances timely.

3. Yearly maintenance for wet granulation machine
Cut off the power and clean the internal machine, especially the dirt and powder;
1) Check all electrical components and instruments and change those which have been aged or broken;
2) Check the wiring and repair or change the loosened or corroded;
3) Test the anti-rotation block and change it if it has poor performance;
4) Adjust the gap between parts;
5) Remove the main motor and clean away the dirt and powder inside;
6) Record the maintenance and upkeep circumstances timely.
