Innovation for Fluid bed drier

Fluid bed granulating and drying machine is also called one-step granulating machine. It can mix, granulate and dry material in one step in an enclosed container. The machine was innovated and developed on the basis of introducing similar machines in 1980s. It is now featured by simple and convenient operation and excellent performance. Thus it can fulfill requirements in most pharmaceutical and food industry. The produced granules feature strong disintegration, good fluidity and good dissolution. They can be directly processed to tablets, capsules and other preparations. As a result, the machine is widely used to dry and granulate Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.

 
As both GMP standards and technical requirements raise gradually, traditional fluid-bed granulating and drying machine should also be upgraded. Experts point out that the machine should be an integration of mechanical design and granulating techniques. Besides, FL series machines are featured by elegant structure, small resistance, no dead corners, convenient material feeding and discharging and quick cleaning. The machine also adopts anti-static filtering cloth for safe production. Pressure releasing vent is also set. When explosion occurred, the operators can be protected. All of these settings meet standards of GMP.
 
Another strength of the machine is that it can process material to be fluidizied. During production, the clean and heated air preheat and mix the material. Then adhesive is sprayed into the material to agglomerate it. Since the air dries it ceaselessly, moisture evaporates and adhesive solidifies. At last, the material is produced to ideal, uniform, porous and round granules. Powder granulation can obviously reduce flying dust and better product fluidity. Besides, the end product can dissolve more uniformly for the patients’ convenient take and its own better efficacy. Nowadays, granules are more and more popular since it’s convenient, effective and simple to take them.
