Fluid bed granulating and drying machine is also called one-step granulating machine. It can mix, granulate and dry material in one step in an enclosed container. The machine also adopts anti-static filtering cloth for safe production. Pressure releasing vent is also set. When explosion occurred, the operators can be protected. Another strength of the machine is that it can process material to be fluidizied. During production, the clean and heated air preheat and mix the material. Then adhesive is sprayed into the material to agglomerate it. Since the air dries it ceaselessly, moisture evaporates and adhesive solidifies. At last, the material is produced to ideal, uniform, porous and round granules. Powder granulation can obviously reduce flying dust and better product fluidity. Besides, the end product can dissolve more uniformly for the patients’ convenient take and its own better efficacy. Nowadays, granules are more and more popular since it’s convenient, effective and simple to take them.
