Wet Granulation Machine Structure

Correct installation of wet granulating machine according to users’ manual is a base for its later normal production. Nowadays, this machine has been developed to different models. And as technology continues to develop, the innovated equipment will meet users’ requirements better. But what are the basic structure of wet granulating machines?
1. The machine body is composed of bearing support, gearbox and machine base. The material feeding hopper connects with bearing support and extends to the outside of the machine. The machine front base extrudes for its wide and reliable ground gripping. Therefore, it can be not fixed and the machine can be used at any proper place in the workshop.
2. The granulating device is a horizontal rotary roller, being set under the hopper. Bearing supports are set in the front of and behind the device, it’s driven by rack for its reversal rotation. The front bearing support is mobile. There are three screws on the support. Remove the screws and the front bearing support and rotary rollers can then be taken orderly. The two ends of rotary rollers adopt symmetric convex coupling for its convenient installation and dismantlement and no restriction from reversal rotation.
3. Screen clamps: The two clamps are set at each side of the rotary roller and are made of steel. There is a long slot at the center of the clamps and the screen is set into and held by the slots. A hand wheel can be turned to cover the rotary roller with the screen. And the wheel tension is adjustable.
4. Gearbox: Worm gear is adopted for driving and the gear ratio is 1:30. The gear bar, gear and worm gear pairs can all be well lubricated and generate no noise. The eccentric rod at the outer end of the worm gear drives gear bars to reciprocate. And the gear shaft meshing gear bar then reverses and rotates.
All of these features enable the granulating machines to work in a higher efficiency. It is these machines that make the practical production more convenient. Besides, machine manufacturers are making progress in machine techniques. When the users are selecting a machine, it’s better for them to inspect different factories and machines and know all the facts about the machine and their products. Only the most appropriate machine can work best.
