Last week, we received a package from France, inside which there was some powder product as sample. In fact, an empty capsule can hold material with certain amount and the capsule filling machine meters material accurately in the confirmed volume with a dosing disk, also called metering disk. But the thickness of dosing disk cannot be determined if the material density is not clear. Therefore, it’s better for the customers to send some material sample to us for test. Once receiving the samples, our technicians will measure the sample’s density and calculate out the dosing disk thickness depending on this value and the filling volume required by the customer.
