The bin blender and wet granulation machine( it is also called super mixer in Indonesia) are packed today and will be shipped to Indonesia Jakarta immediately. The final customer is a pharmaceutical company which has purchased several sets of machine from us,including the 100KG wet granulator and fluid bed dryer, and fast cone milling machine in 2018.
Nowadays, as per the expansion of production scale, they purchased the new high shear wet mixing granulator from our factory again. The continuous order comes from our precison machining and processing, stable performance.
Besides, customer used another wet granulator before, which has the problem of powder and liquid leaking into the main shaft, so the main motor was overload and broken. This brought too much cleaning and replacing issues and waste so much time.
Our machine, with the patent design of high leakprofness, solves this problem for customer perfectly, which attracts customer to place order from us again and again.
