ZY series new ultrasonic vibrating screener has two or more than two vibration sources, which can generate different vibrating frequencies. One frequency can be superposed on others during screening so that the machine can generate different frequencies and amplitudes. Phase angle of motion of materials keeps changing. And the machine will provide an exciting force in low frequency of 24-48Hz and of large amplitude. Multi-frequency generating device can generate a force of high frequency of 190-210Hz and small amplitude on the screen mesh. At the same time, another ultrasonic frequency of 36-38 KHz will be added to the screen mesh. At last, these three kinds of vibration of different frequency will superpose on each other and interact to avoid material attachment and static mass. Materials can pass through the screen quickly. Such a design can help the machine to improve screening efficiency, reduce screen blocking and upgrade product output and quality. This machine is ideally applicable to screen fine powders and ultrafine powders of 1-500 meshes.
