ZY series vibrating screener is our newly developed high-performance, low-energy-consumption and slurry-specific screening machine, based on slurry screening features and market needs. It is widely applied to screen liquids such as ceramic materials, slurry and glaze. It has been deeply accepted by our clients since its appearance in the market.
Machine features
1)Through additional merge and wide mouth, ZY series vibrating screening machine can prevent slurry from spattering. The wide mouth makes observation easier, operation simple and maintenance convenient. The material discharging port can be rotated in 365°. Arbitrary adjustment enables it to be connected with other equipment simply.
2)ZY series screening machine is completely enclosed to prevent liquid from leaking. Its processing ability is one or two times stronger than that of original machines. The residue on the screen mesh is of low moisture content and can be discharged conveniently. The min. screen size is 5μm.
3)This machine has new mesh structure. The mesh is not out of shape and can be changed quickly in 3-5min. the screen mesh has 3-4 times longer service life than other common screen meshes. Parts have no dead corners and can be cleaned and disinfected easily and completely.
4)The machine can clean out insoluble solids in slurry quickly. The residue will be discharged automatically so that the machine can work continuously.
5)The traditional vibrating screen’s motor power is 1.5KW, which can generate an exciting force of 10KN. However, the new screen applies Italian technologies so that less motor power (0.4KW) can generate equal exciting force (10KN). Besides, the new screen features low energy consumption, stable operation and low noise. Its motor is equipped with water- and dust-proof device, which enables it to work more safely and reliably and extend its service life.
6)This machine can be customized to be fixed or mobile.
