NJP-3500 Fully Automatic Capsule Filling Machine

Features:
1. This machine is an automatic hard capsule filling machine, which can operate intermittently and fill with a plate of holes. Its filling and conveying stations are both enclosed. Besides, the upper mold base is beautiful and elegant and no dead corner is left. It also can be cleaned conveniently and quickly.;
2. The upper and lower molds operate in one-way. And the imported double lip polyurethane seal ring is with a good sealing performance.
3. Mold cleaning station can both blow and inhale to prevent mold from dust flying during high-speed operation.
4. Powder suction device is equipped in the locking station.
5. Capsule collar is equipped in the end product discharging station, no dust flying.
6. The metering plate is made of copper, which increases wear resistance and is not easily deformed.
