The 20th China’s Pharmaceutical Machinery Exhibition and International Raw Material Exhibition, CPHI and P-Mec for short, fall on 16th to 18th in this December. The two exhibitions was normally held in June. But this year, the outbreak of COVID-19 brought about a series of changes. At the end of March, the CPHI organizers made questionnaires on whether it would be acceptable to delay the exhibition and about 88% exhibitors of China agreed with this proposal. Although the epidemic hindered the normal holding of CPHI, the exhibition organizers also prepared carefully for the satisfying exhibition effect.
On the exhibition, our fluid-bed granulating and drying machine and high speed wet mixing machine are exhibited. The fluid-bed granulating and drying machine can granulate material by fluidizing it. And the machine is equipped with a top sprayer which can spray adhesives as we as other excipients into the fluid material. Besides, powder filtering bags are installed inside the machine chamber and can filter most of material powder to avoid influence on the air around production site. For another thing, the wet mixing machine seems smaller than the tall fluid-bed granulating and drying machine. But the smaller size means that the machine can prepare wet material in smaller batch but its performance is not influenced. The both machines can be linked to produce granules together for higher efficiency. And the line is populous among industries like pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff and so on. Especially for capsule producers, their capsule filling machine can also link with them for capsule production.
