Capsule filling machine is a high capacity machine and of key importance in the solid dosage production, today we will summarize the operation steps for capsule filling machine as following:
1. Press the green button of the power switch to turn on the machine.
2. Adjust the vibration control knob clockwise slowly. And the sorting disc integrated with the vibrating support starts vibrating and the vibration can be felt by hand.
3. Feed about 300 pieces of capsule shells into the capsule shell sorting disc and about 300 pieces of capsule caps into the capsule cap sorting disc. The sorting disc is made from plexiglass and drilled with a lot of funnel-shape holes, whose diameter is the same with capsule diameter.
4. In about 30s, the capsule shells and caps can fall in the holes with their openings being upward. If some individuals are downward, they can be pulled out with capsule caps.
5. Hold the capsule shell connecting plate levelly and push it inwards under the sorting disc and capsule shells will fall into the connecting plate holes. This method is also applicable for capsule caps.
6. Prepare a square powder plate (500*500*10mm) to store drug powder, place the capsule shell connecting plate into the powder plate, cover the connecting plate with a plaxiglass frame and then shovel the powder onto the connecting plate. By this procedure, the drug powder can be filled into capsules.
7. Place the capsule cap combined board on the capsule cap connecting plate, overturn them and set them on the capsule shell connecting plate.
8. Put the integrated capsule boards into the cavity under the capsule sealing plate. Pull the pressing rod and a positioning structure can limit its height. Next, take out the capsule board and remove the capsules.
