Working principle: after the raw material to be processed entering the feeding inlet of wet type pelletizer, they will fall into the cone-shaped working chamber. Then the raw material will form to swirling flow under the function of flying cutters and be pushed toward the screen net surface by centrifugal force. As the high-speed revolution of flying cutters can take shearing action with screen net surface, the material will be smashed into small granules between the flying cutters and screen, and then discharged through screen mesh. The size of smashed granules can be adjusted by the screen meshes, the gap between flying cutter and screen and the revolution speed of flying cutters.
There are two discharging methods as below:
A. Direct connection (the discharge port of wet type pelletizer and the feed inlet of fluid bed granulating / drying machine are connected directly by a delivery hsoe).
B. Direct drop (the wet materials after pelletzing drop into the storage container or the hopper of fluid bed granulating / drying machine).
A. Direct connection for granules discharging
Install a discharging device under the barrel of wet type pelletizer and connect its discharge port with a delivery hose. Under the negative pressure in fluidization cavity of fluid bed granulating / drying machine, the wet granules enter into the fluid bed directly through the delivery hose for drying. (With the suction type pneumatic force to convey the material)
The advantages of A discharging method: the materials during the whole process from granulating to drying are in an airtight system, which is a real sense of super-clean production (SCP) mode.
B. Direct drop for granules discharging
Place a container under the barrel of wet type pelletizer, which can be the hopper of fluid bed granulating / drying machine. The wet granules after pelletizing fall into the container directly and then be transmitted to drying machine or drying cabinet to be dried.
The advantages of B discharging method: more flexible for the coordination of the whole granulating system, in favor of improving the rate of granulating equipment utilization.

Application
Fluid-bed processing is mainly used for the mixing of powder material, drying and granulating (coating) in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, agricultural and sideline product processing industries, such as tablet, instant powder and condiment granules. The process of feeding and discharging material for this equipment should be finished in the airtight space to avoid powder spreading to the working environment. It‘s controlled by PLC. For wet type granulating machine, it adopts negative pressure or air blast to make the finished granules enter the fluid bed for drying in airtight way.
Working principle
The air flow sucked by the negative pressure of induced draught fan will pass through the air filter, heat exchanger and delivery conduit, finally enter the fluid bed granulating room from the airflow distribution board to blast the raw powder (such as original powder, Polybutene, absorbent, western medicine or food etc.) into boiling fluidized state and start mixing at the same time.
Liquid material and the compressed air for atomizing liquid material enter the sprayer along their respective pipes. The compressed air atomizes the liquid material into fine particles to spray in the fluid bed granulating room, and then mix with raw powder to bond into granules. At the same time, the granules will be dried by hot air and a part of powder rises to the filter bag to be collected. At a certain time, the left exhaust valve closes and the filter bag in left chamber shakes up and down under the action of air cylinder; the powder being shaken off then falls back to the fluid bed to granulate again. After shaking, the left exhaust valve opens again; after a while, the right exhaust valve closes and the filter bag in right chamber shakes.
The filter bags in both chambers shake alternatively to clean the collected powder to keep the filter bag unblocked and finish the process of mixing, drying and granulating. Unique Advantages 1. Equipment Height
It's higher than normal ones, the cloth bag not easy to be wet and blocked. Materials can be dried completely, drying speed is high, energy consuption is low.
2. Distribution Net
The distribution net between air intake chamber and material chamber are multi-layer, which is rigid, high temperature resistant and not easy to be deformed. Quick installation, quick dismantlement and easy to be cleaned.
The conventional ones have only two layers, a thin piece of stainless steel wire net on a punched plate. Hard to be cleaned, easily broken and transformable. Materials can not dried completely and homogeneously.
3. The insulating layer thickness of the heating cabinet
Insulating layer of the heating cabinet is added to anti-scald and reduce energy consumption. In addition, openable doors adopted, convenient for changing accessories, cleaning and maintenance.
4. Air inlet proportion execution valve and air outlet pneumatic execution valve
These two valves equiped, bag shaking system can be closed tightly to get a good dedusting effect.
5. Steam proportion valve is equipped
Temperature can be kept around the set value (about ±2°C), which is good for maintaining the medical stability and saving steam energy. Only 1/3 energy consumption when the set temperature reached.
6. Pressure relief device - the top relief valve
The fluidized bed chamber is in a state of negative pressure normal production, if it is in positive state then pressure will be relieved from the pressure relief port to avoid explosion and other unexpected accidents.
7. Bag shaking device
The bag shaking device is divided into two parts, left and right ones with many small cloth bags, and with continuously shaking and dedusting function.
The more cloth bags are designed, the larger area can be used for filter and dry, high efficiency, fast speed, time and energy saved. While, normal machine only has a one-piece shaking bag without any small bags. Bags can be shook only after the machine stops. Low efficiency, slow drying speed, long time and large energy wasted. Besides, our bag shaking device has a pneumatic location device to fix and protect bags for better dust removal effect. And the bottom of the device extends to the outside of the chamber to guarantee practicality. Some other factories’ apply gas seal at the device bottom, but after a long time of high temperature operation, the chamber will transform and sealing will not be tight any more. Therefore, material will be run off and great loss will be caused.
8. Observation light is installed in the chamber
Compared with other manufacturers, it is in the outside, the operation and drying conditions inside the chamber cannot be observed clearly.
9. Moreover, according to different countries geographically location (in humidity) and different environmental requirements, dehumidification and second dust removal system can be adopted to achieve their requirements of material, techniques and environment protection.
