During general mixing, the mixing speed, time and dead corners in the container should all be paid special attention. Reasonable statistic analysis can be adopted during sampling method design and evaluation. High variation of samples from the same location can be caused by non-uniform mixing, sampling error or material block. And if the difference is between samples of different locations, the cause might be misconduct during production.
