Powder Roller compactor , also called dry granulator , is the machine which can process powder to granules without mixing, granulating, drying or other intermediate steps. From the perspective of material feeding mode, the dry granulating machine can be divided into vertical feeding type or horizontal feeding type. 2. Structure of roller compactor/ dry granulator
Dry granulator has been persistently developed for its leading performance, environmental protection, small size, energy saving, easy dismantlement and cleaning and granulating in mass.
The machine is mainly composed of the following parts: material feeding system, deceleration and direction changing system, material conveying system, compressing system, granulating system, front cover, machine frame, door for maintenance, control system, hydraulic system, air line system, water cooling system and vibrating system.
