1.Operating condition of high speed table press: conforming to relevant requirements of GMP

2.Requirements on pressed materials

1)Requirements on particles

a.Particle size: 12-60 meshes, being of good compressibility and fluidity;

b.Compound starch tablets: being of uniform size, not damp and medium fine powders (over 60 meshes) take up less than 1/3;

c.Chinese medical particle: full extract, semi extract and raw meal particle, being not damp but fluid.

2)Dry powder

The powders are of compressibility and fluidity and can be pressed directly.

3)Tablet shapes

Normally round tablets, large tablets, irregularly shaped tablets, lettering tablets on one side or both sides, and cartoon tablets.

4)Power supply

380V, 50Hz, three-line and five-phase; lines N and PE don’t bother with each other.

3.Features

1)The machine is completely enclosed by a cover made of stainless steel. The turntable is covered by a hardened layer which can protect the turntable surface from wear and abrasion. It conforms to GMP.

2)The machine is equipped with plexiglass windows and doors and stainless steel frameworks which beautify and harden the doors.

3)Frequency and connection between motor and baseboard can avoid shake of motor during operation.

4)Automatic intermittently quantitative lubricating system in small flowing can automatically lubricate the upper and lower track and punch and reduce abrasion of track.

5)The hydraulic overload protection device is equipped. When the machine is overloaded, the device can protect punching nail and stop the machine automatically.

6)Adjustable air intake device is equipped to prevent dust in tablet chamber from flying.

7)High-precision pressure sensor is equipped with an amplifier for gain and self-check. With reliable pressing pressure check, the sensor makes the tablet control system of tablet press to be operated conveniently and reject waste in batch or single piece.

All kinds of impellers of compulsive material feeding device can meet the requirements of different materials.
