1.Overview to the machine
JFZ quick-type dry sieving and milling machine( or cone mill) is a new type which is designed referring to the prototype of Germany, with advantages of small size, high efficiency, wide versatility, etc. The machine has been widely applied in fields of medicine, chemicals, food, etc. at home and abroad and can support the use of all kinds of drying machine.
Cone mill(sieving and milling machine) is widely applied for materials which will be tablet pressed or filled into capsule. Especially for producing tablet, after the cone mill grinding, we can obtain a much better flow-ability for the granules, which will greatly help the tablet pressing.
2.Structure features
1)The quick-type sieving and milling machine can perfectly sieve all kinds of dry granules, and the final granule sizes depend on the sieve model and size . The machine has a special structure which is different from traditional oscillating granulator. It applies a structure of rotating sieve to prevent materials from being crushed during sieving and milling and to improve the efficiency. Furthermore, such a structure can improve the granule evenness to increase the output of qualified granules but decrease that of unqualified granules.
2)The special high efficiency cutting sieve installed on the quick-type sieving and milling machine can break the agglomerated materials.
3)All components of the machine contacting with materials are made of stainless steel with inner and outer walls processed with mirror reflection and napping respectively. Besides, no metal friction will occur between the stator and the rotating sieve, and the hopper is sealed with silicone rubber. All of these support the machine to comply with the production standards of pharmaceutical industry.
4)Proper rotating speed and parameters must be set for ideal results.
