1. Application
This machine can automatically lift, hold and lower down bin and mix materials. An automatic bin blender, with hopper mixer of variable specifications, can mix materials of multiple kinds in mass. Therefore, it is an ideal equipment for blending of pharmaceutical factories and is widely used in industries of pharmacy, chemicals and foodstuff.
 
2. Principle
It consists of machine base, rotating part, driving system, lifting system, braking system and control system. During operation, hopper mixer is first pushed into the rotating part. There is a “confirm” button on touch screen. Touch it and the hopper can be lifted and held automatically. Pressure sensor drives mixing system to work after getting signals that the hopper has been held. Then material will be mixed by the mixing system in accordance with the set time and rotating speed. After certain mixing, rotating part turns to vertical and stops. At the same time, braking system works to stop mixing, and then lifting system works. Afterwards, hopper mixer is lowered down automatically and technical data is printed. At last, the hopper mixer can be pulled out and turned to the next process.
 
3. Features
Rotating part (hopper mixer) is at an angle of 30° against rotating axis. Therefore, while overturning with rotating part, material in hopper mixer also moves tangentially along hopper wall. Fierce overturn and tangential movement in high speed can help achieve the best mixing effect. Fully automatic PLC control and material discharging butterfly valves of both infrared safety device and misoperation prevention device can ensure safe production. Material can be processed in the same container so that no frequent material transferring or feeding is needed to avoid dust and cross contamination, reduce waste and control material lamination. The production technique is optimized and conforms to GMP completely.
