1.Overview and principle

VI series forced mixing machine can be used to mix powders or granules. It is widely applied in industries of pharmacy, foodstuff, chemicals, etc..

The machine is designed on the basis of advantages of similar foreign products. Since its two cylindrical columns are of different length, the mixing machine is asymmetric. When the machine operates, material expands and can be mixed layer-by-layer axially due to the different angle of material disintegration and integration. In addition, potential energy of material which disperse in the bucket are different. Therefore, lateral convection mixing can be produced. What’s more, the mixer installed in the bucket is linear with the spindle. When the bucket rotates, the mixing shaft will rotate in the direction opposite to the bucket for better mixing. The above mixing phenomena appear and repeat for uniform material mixing.

Mixing undergoes due to internal gravity for less pressure on material and high uniformity. In addition, bucket is made of stainless steel and its inner and outer walls are polished. Saving energy consumption and improving efficiency, the machine is an ideal equipment of new generation for powder mixing.
