1. Overview

2. Structure and Principle
The conical mixer consists of three parts, namely, drum, fixed bracket, and power plant. The drum, driven by power system, rotates positively and negatively on the fixed bracket. Therefore, materials cross and mix in the drum due to its rotation and can achieve scheduled mixing effect after a certain time.
The users can adjust appropriately to achieve different mixing effects according to the mixing principles of the mixer and the practical production requirements. For example, users can reduce the material load during feeding and increase the rotating speed of drum during operation to achieve high mixing uniformity. On the contrary, users can increase material load to increase production efficiency if they don’t have high demand on the mixing uniformity. However, users should analyze specifically to avoid that material load exceeds the regulated maximum load during operation since mixers of different model have different load.
3. Features
The square cone mixing machine consists of drum, bracket and power plant with simple overall structure, which has also been explained above. The control system is controlled by electric equipments automatically with buttons and the complete set of equipments can be operated and used simply and safely. The drum rotates positively and negatively automatically to achieve predetermined goal since materials are mixed more effectively and quickly.
The mixer can be made from different materials or equipped with preparation process equipments or follow-up equipments, depending on the users’ needs and operation conditions. The machine is simply operated and materials are mixed uniformly. Materials can be fed directly after the cover is opened through the material inlet port. Meanwhile, rotary valve and quick capping are applied to outlet mixed materials for convenient loading. The drum is symmetrical and is equipped with mixing device inside to balance the mixing forces and achieve good mixing effect. Mixing parts of the drum are all made from stainless steel. Therefore, smooth inner wall and parts enable the device to be cleaned conveniently and to avoid mixing the material of two batches. As a result, the machine is applied widely.
4. Application
The square cone mixer machine is applicable in fields of pharmacy, chemical industry and food to mix powders and granules, including fine or solidified powders and powders consisting of multiple materials, or materials containing certain water. Besides, the machine can even mix trace substances (i.e. mixing materials of small quantity).
